rick and judi's after after party was AWESOME. it was a really good idea. there were so many people there from out of town that i really wanted to talk to at the barbarian party but it just gets so crazy there that you can't always get to everyone. i got to talk to alice and harry and KA and buster and ryan and justin and an old friend of mine tara was there too and it was really great to see her. now i have an open invite to LA to visit whenever, which might come in handy in march when i'm so sick of the cold here that i want to jump off the pru. plus it's always good to see ashley and anne and all the boston peeps. being able to talk to judi and rick and ben was really good, since i barely saw them at all on friday night. oh and i took some actual photos last night... i didn't take any at the friday party, too busy talking and drinking and dancing the night away.

judi heated up these really yummy quiches that someone brought from nyc. they were soooooo good and fluffy and really hit the spot. and sean showed up with pizza at some point which was also soooooo good, but i couldn't really eat much of it cause grease and cheese is still a problem for my angry tummy. ben showed up with like 7 bottles of perrier jouet, which is one of my favorite champagnes. somehow we all went through like 15 bottles or something. champagne is the new beer. it's official.

sean and jussi and i closed out the party. we watched ah ha! and goldfrapp videos with rick and judi for a bit, which was awesome. good times. on the rare occasion that judi and rick throw a party, they are always awesome and good. i would say that they should throw more, but i'm guessing the novelty would wear off. thanks rick and judi, for bringing people together "one more time... one more time... one more time..."

those quiches, man. My friend sara brought them from a bakery in her hometown in Westchester. Quiche is a the perfect hangover/drunk snacking food -- like pizza without the grease!
